What I just read was about kids that were all 18 years old or even younger that had to work to get food. I personally don’t think it was the right thing to make kids that young work, and if they were one minute late they got counted as an hour late. If that wasn’t bad enough they only got paid a few cents a hour. Also they did not get education at all only some kids got to go to school and learn most kids were too poor to go learn. So most kids didn’t know proper grammer or even know how to read or write. So that is why I think it was wrong to do that to kids.
